This syrup is a vibrant Caribbean blue colour with a fresh citrus scent and light, zesty flavour. It contains color 133 and is gluten free.
These syrups are high in sweetness and flavour - so need to be diluted to suit your taste (generally 1 part 1883 syrup to 8 or 9 parts other beverage)
