Collin Bourisset Beaujolais
Hand-picked grapes exclusively. Traditional Beaujolais vinification (entire bunches with immersed cap). Vatting: 7 to 8 days. Aromatic wine like our Beaujolais with more structure. Can be kept 2 to 4 years.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance - The wine is glazed with a nice cherry red color.
Aroma - This wine offers a nose of red fruits aromas where blackcurrant and strawberry predominate.
Palate - The wine serves an excellent taste and strong tannins on the palate.
Finish - The finish is rather smooth and subtle with the strong notes of red berries.
Serving Suggestions - To be served fresh (between 11 and 13° C).
Food Pairings - It goes perfectly well with cooked meats and poultry.
