Wine making process : Hand-picked grapes exclusively. Wine making with entire bunches. No destemming or crushing. Long traditional fermentation (10 to 12 days).
Tasting : Intense ruby colour. It has a nose of red fruits, plum, peach with mineral hints. Soft and delicate, it is the wine of simple meals among colleagues or friends. To be served at 15-16° C with game birds and red meats.
