Grapes harvested only by hand. Whole bunches loaded in fermentation tank. Prolonged maceration, from 10 to 12 days under control temperatures, to give extra color, body to the wine, and also more longevity. Bottilng after around 8 or 10 months. It can be enjoyed young and kept for 3 to 4 years.

Appearance - An elegant wine with soft red hues.
Nose - A beautiful bouquet of floral and fruit aromas
Palate - Soft and smooth tannins of fruits (iris, violet, peach, small red fruits, such as raspberries, cherries, redcurrants) which lingers in the mouth.
Food Pairings - Its sharpness will get married perfectly to white meats : poultry and veal as well as with soft chesses.
