Colour:Red
Variety : Gamay noir à jus blanc 100 %
Soil:Granite with manganese
Wine making process : Grapes haversted by hand only. Vinification in whole bunches with submerged cap, destemming to protect the grapes. Traditional, long fermentation, between 10 to 12 days to keep an excellent colour and tannin extraction. partial ageing in oak barrels.
Tasting : This wine offers a beautiful red ruby colour with purple and brick red notes. A very expressive nose, developing aromas of soaked black fruits (blackberry and blueberry), of forest floor, licorice and then some cocoa bean notes. The palate is well-balanced with fine and silky tannins, and an amazing length on the finale.
