Merlot variety is French in origin, highly important for some of the best Bordeaux wines, but which has acclimatised very well to hot areas such as the Spanish Mediterranean. It fruity, seductive character offers us silky wines, but with abundant tannins.
Tasting Notes:
This elegant Merlot has an attractive ruby red colour with violet iridescences. The nose is aromatic and intense with a sweet blueberry and dark plum bouquet. On the palate it is smooth and well balanced with the mid pallet showing fruitcake and vanilla aromas. This is a harmonious, silky and singular wine providing an elegant, lingering aftertaste.
