Nose - Notes fruit, especially fruit and ripe red low (cherries, raspberries, blackberries)
Mouthfeel - It has a very pleasant fruity mouth
Palate - It has a fleshy and very tannic with a seductive, round end, very soft and mellow point.
Finish - Its finish is rather subtle and ends with a sweet fruity notes of berries.
Food Pairing - It pairs well with veal, pork, deer, vension, game, salmon, tuna or other rich fish dishes.
