- Nose: Suggestions of citrus, toffee tones with a hint of raisins.
- Palate: Clean, creamy with some sweetness balancd by gently oaky spice.
- Finish: Enduring with sweetness followed by spice.
Tomintoul 10 Bottling Note
A gentle 10 year old from the Speyside distillery, Tomintoul. This was introduced to their range in 2002, two years after the distillery was bought by Angus Dundee.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose: Medium-body and well-balanced. There are notes of vanilla fudge and barley. Tones of malt extract and espresso, hints of mochaccino and oak.
Palate: Pleasingly viscous, with notes of barley sugar, toasty cereals, acacia honey and malt extract. Honeycomb, toffee and a touch of vanilla fudge.
Finish: Quite short, yet charming.
