Glencadam 30 yo Highland Sherrywood Finish
This expression has been bottled at 46% abv to retain the whiskys' unique and natural characteristics and subtlety of taste and by not chill filtering this whisky, it ensures that the aromatic components in the whisky are preserved to enhance presence and flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Colour : Deep amber.
Nose : Pleasant with distinctive Sherry influence. Round, sweet and raisiny with suggestions of vanilla and cream. Palate : Sweet with some spice and generous hints of: vanilla, toffee, fudge, raisins, chocolate and candied peel. Good complexity.
Finish : Ample and powerful.
